    Exposure to Respirable
    Crystalline Silica (RCS) –
    inhaling RCS can lead to
    silicosis

    For new wet area connections to existing below floor slab ( Actioned )


    UNDERGROUND SERVICES :

    Before carrying out any underground work, locate services using
    Before You Dig Australia, a services locator, non-destructive potholing, potholing by hand
    and by taking the other precautions identified in the Code of Practice: Work in the Vicinity of
    Overhead and Underground Electric Lines



    PERMITS:

    Permits are required to be uploaded on hammertech ready for approval prior to any works commencing onsite

    FOR:

    Demolition
    Hot works
    Excavation / cutting / coring etc



    ELECTRICAL SAFETY:

    Temp boards in place for the construction works :

    Treat all cables as live if in doubt ASK !
    Ensure all leads / tools are tagged


    HOUSEKEEPING:

    It is everyone's responsibility to insure lunch room & toilets are kept clean.

    Ensure everyone places there food / rubbish in the bins and not thrown around site road or gardens

    Ensure your work area is cleaned everyday prior to leaving site.

    PLANT & EQUIPMENT:

    Please ensure all plant is uploaded on hammertech ready for approval prior to bringing to site


    WHEN LOADING OUT DURING DEMO BE AWARE :

    collision/striking with other
    plant driving around the site
    workers or public on foot
    Spotter to be inplace
    bunt of work areas where required


    SITE RULES & PPE REQUIREMENTS:

    Park is at the front of the job, keep access clear for residents,
    Ensure you are always wearing the site requirements PPE which is Hardhat, hi vis and
    safety boots

    NO SMOKING ONSITE:
    This includes smoking in front & back of the building !!!
