HIGH RISK WORKS HAPPENING THIS WEEK:
- Service trenching/plant operation adjacent to road
- Load out material (moving plant, moving vehicles)
SITE HOURS -
Mon - Fri 7am to 6pm
Sat 8am to 1pm
PERMITS:
- Permits to be submitted and approved prior to works commencing.

TRAINING & COMPETANCY - Only ticketed and inducted personnel to operate plant/Vehicles onsite. Swaye need RS and AH tickets persons for the moxie and padfoot and LE ticketed Operators.
Safety Fencing Sucker truck service to have Drivers licence and operators ticket for Plant.
Delivery Drivers stay in their vehicles and get escorted to toilets
HAZARDS:
- movement of plant and Vehicles onsite. Daily comms between PBG and trades.
- unauthorized access ie public or non inducted worker. Keep Gates shut when not in use
- Unknown services inground
- excavation in vicinity of know services. Service locating report & DBYD info located in SIte Office
- Working adjacent to a road.
- Heat, stay hydrated, if affected move into shade,
- Falls down steep batter. Use North access ramp
EXCLUSION ZONES:
- where multiple plant working onsite in close proximity exclusion zones to be established, otherwise daily consultation between PBG and relevant contractors must be conducted prior to works commencing.
A=-Class Hoarding area to remain excluded via way of water barriers and bunting.
DELIVERIES & PICK UPS:
- 48hrs notice unless otherwise approved.
KEEP GATE 1 SHUT AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT IN USE. COMBI LOCK TO BE USED. CODE IS 2708
REMINDER:
-Drinking water available at the site office until bubbler installed between Lunch and Ablution.
- First Aider & Fire Warden - Simon Brown
- First Aid location - Site Office
- Muster Point location - Outside Site Office on Street Front
- Evacuation Procedure - upon notification via Site Manager 0n Megaphone. Stop works immediately including use of plant and machinery and make your way in an orderly manner to the muster point located at the end of the cul de sac. Stay at the muster point until PBG SM has checked off all workers and provided feedback on Emergency Evac.
- Access and Egress - 1 x vehicle access and 1 x pedestrian/worker access as per Site Establishment plan.
- HRcW swms's must be submitted and approved before works commences onsite.
- Services Mud Map along with DBYD and Services Search information is located in the Site office.
Note - Temp Sewer & Water run inground from Ablution to South Boundary Fence, refer to services mud map in Site Office. Temp sewer & Water run above ground along south boundary and temp water runs above ground along North boundary.
Tap point at Ablution Block and tap points along Temp Water line.
- Survey marks and peg not to be tampered with/ removed. locations Sign posted. Location mark up in Site office
-No loud music to be played on site.
-No offensive language (live school).
-Do not work if you are impaired by drugs or alcohol.
- No singlets allowed on site. Must be collared and short sleeve at a minimum.
-PPE to be worn at all times.
-Inductions to be completed and approved by PBG prior to works commencing.
-No smoking or vaping on site.
-Housekeeping - always clean up after yourselves. This includes work areas, lunchrooms, and toilets.
-Anyone caught breaching the above will be removed from site with a non-conformance sent to their company. -
