High risk activities happening this week :
erection of scaffolding on level 9 for Mechanical PVC works/,

HAZARDS:
Mobile plant on level 3,roof area be mindful of the weather,

Reminder:
NO loud music to be played on site ,
no abusive or offensive language,
DO NOT work if affected by medication,drugsand or alcohol,

PPE must be worn at all times , it is a condition of entry,

All permits must be done prior to undertaken any works ,
NO smoking or vaving on site or on UTS ground,
All inductions to be done prior to coming to site other wise there will be no work (RAPID GLOBAL & HAMMERTECH)
Ensure your work area is kept clean and tidy THERE IS NO STORAGE ON SITE UNLESS with Prior arrangement with JEFF BOX OR TONY KHOURY

Anyone caught breaching the above will be removed from site and a NC report will be sent to the relevant company ,
NO trades to access roof without a roof permit by Patterson,

All cables must be off the floor and off any steel with caBLE HOOKS,
All silica control must be in place and reflected on the SWMS ,ensure the use of Wet Surpression ?vaccum extraction as a minimum
