High risk tasks:

-Alora Piling: drilling rig onsite from Tuesday for piling works, schedule of works to be determined on delivery of steel cages. Excavated material to be separated in separate stockpiles according to material classification, with JGroup working in conjunction with Alora on removing generated material away from the drill site.

- JGroup: Excavators will be working in conjunction with Alorra piling in removing generated material from drilling rig. Detail excavation to begin where inground piers have been filled. Smooth drum roller for compaction of DGB. Water cart in operation.

Prep for DGB to scaffold areas complete by 1/10/25

Alorra Group - Pilling to commence 23/09/25.

Stockpiles to be kept sealed.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

KEEP ALL GATES CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.

MORE MACHINES ON SITE, drilling rig will be starting on site Tuesday 23/09/2025

PRESENCE OF SNAKES, if a snake is spotted on site do not interact with it and report to site management.

When working with Silica, please ensure correct PPE is worn correctly.

Clean up after your selves.

Clean work areas daily.

Keep lunch rooms clean for the next person.

Stay out of exclusion zones unless permission granted by authorized personal.

Keep access and Egress paths clear at all times.

Let site manager or site foreman know of any safety issues you find AND that is not noted.
