please remember PPE is required at all times past the site office/lunch room.

Always work as per your SWMS. If the task requires hearing protection, then you need hearing protection.

This includes, but is not limited to: Hard hat, hi-vis clothing (collared shirt with sleeves, no singlets), steel capped boots and any task specific PPE.

You are to supply your own hard hat and hi-vis when coming to site. Patterson Building Group are not responsible for issuing these to subcontractors.

Silica controls are to always be maintained and actioned as per the hierarchy of controls. Please find attached the control measures outlines by Safework Australia.

All vehicles to enter and exit (nose first, not reversing) through gate 1.

SITE HAZARDS:
-Moving plant
-Workers over head
-Sun exposure

-Scaffold is not to be modified. If any component of scaffold is removed you will be removed from site and a non-conformance sent to your company.



* Provide notice all deliveries to site with at least 48 hours notice, this includes all machinery/equipment.

*Ensure all truck/machinery tyres and tracks are cleaned prior to leaving site.

*Toilets and lunchrooms will be maintained but this is everybody's responsibility. This means cleaning up after yourself, throwing your rubbish out and wiping down the area after you use it.

*Any issues with the site, reach out to site manager Tony or HSEQ Advisor Elie
